Creative Schools Supports primary and post-primary schools and Youthreach centres across Ireland to put arts and creativity at the hearts of children and young people's lives. Schools and Youthreach centres that join the programme take part in a two-year guided journey to develop a Creative Schools Plan unique to their own school, and to put it into action. Our ceramics project is now complete and mounted outside in our yard! What a beautiful piece of art it is. Every single child in the school contributed to this lovely exhibit!

To kick off our Ceramics Project in September, we invited artist Niamh Synott to work with all class groups. Pupils brainstormed what our school means to them and their ideas were recorded through words and pictures. Take a look at the wonderful results below.
