Our amazing school tour in Tanagh: June 2014

In September we learned all about MATERIALS in Science.

In October we visited Ashbourne Library and took part in a craft workshop!!

The Skip Hop Workshop was so much fun!!

When I arrived at the stable in Bethlehem the baby Jesus was lying in a manger and Mary and Joesph were sitting in a bed made of soft, warm hay. I took the warm, fluffy lamb from one of my companions and offered it to the baby Jesus for a gift. Mary and Joseph said thank you to us and then for the next few minutes our heads bowed low in prayer.
Mary and Joseph offered us a bed for the night and we were grateful when we lay on the warm hay. One by one we fell asleep, and as we fell asleep we all vowed the same thing - that we would remember this day forever for it was the greatest day of our lives!
