Meath Cross Country Championships - Bellewstown Racecourse, December 5th 2012.

The Cross Country Championships were supposed to be one week earlier but it was snowing so they were postponed. When we got there on the bus we got out and saw a lot of the other schools. We put our bags down and we were waiting for a while for our race and it was freezing. We cheered our classmates on. Everybody did brilliantly but especially Ali Kearney who won the silver medal in the Girls' Under 13 race, and Jennifer Warren who got a bronze in the Girls' Under 11 race. When the results came in we found out that we had won the Girls' U11 team competition, we came second in the Boys U11 team competition and we won the boys U13 team competition. It was a brilliant day and a very good experience and I hope I get to go again next year!
