Back to school - An article by Amy Gray, 3rd class

On the day we went back to school not everybody was happy  but some people  were. I was going in to 3rd class. Our class is 4th and 3rd together. Our teacher put us in to five groups and you would have to win stars for your team. In each group we all did projects on cities of Ireland. One group did Dublin and one did Limerick and one did Galway and one did Cork and the last group did Belfast. At the end of the month teacher told us who won the gold star and Dublin won. Everybody in each group was sad that they all lost but everyone was happy for the Dublin group.  For the first whole week we got no homework but next week the fun stopped because we stared to get homework again and everyone was sad but we did still have our friends to play with at break time. At break time the boys would play football and  the girls would play basketball or the they would play skipping and everyone would have a fun time!!!!!

AND WE ARE HAPPY TO BE AT STANDREW'S!!!
